Lee Valley Estates has established itself for two decades as an organisation with strong local roots and local commitment. Out interests focus on two growth corridors: the Thames Gateway and the London-Stansted-Cambridge corridor.

Primarily, we are a workspace provider, renovating commercial premises, creating jobs and supporting enterprise. We have helped many small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow and prosper, by providing them with flexible, affordable workspace.

Development priorities are changing, with brownfield sites being converted into mixed-use schemes to serve the needs of communities. Greater numbers of jobs increase the need for homes. The changing direction of our organisation reflects this trend.

We are increasingly involved in large mixed-use development schemes, providing homes and community facilities alongside workspace, to support sustainable regeneration. Within these projects, we aim to use the latest in environmental technology. We work closely with partners in the public and private sectors to ensure that schemes provide facilities that meet the needs of the local community.
