Community benefits:  Developer Lee Valley Estates claims the project will catalyse the area's regeneration, providing housing and attracting more investors.

More to come:  Waltham Forest Council will specify how the developer will contribute to renewal in the area through a section 106 agreement.

Luxurious surroundings:  The restored Great Hall in the building will be available for hire in the community for functions like weddings and corporate events.

Business space:  The property already contains 28 refurbished offices, 25 of which are currently being rented.
