Our mixed use development in north London, Hale Village will include much needed affordable housing.  This will be provided by our partners Newlon Housing Trust who have also committed to building their new headquarters at Hale Village.  This is featured in Newlon's report and accounts 08/09:

Haringey - Transforming Tottenham

In Haringey we are closely involved in a number of major regeneration projects that will help to permanently transform parts of the borough.

Work is progressing steadily at Hale Village, where we are building our new Group Headquarters, as well as several hundred new affordable homes as part of this major regneration project.  Hale Village stands within sight of White Hart Lane and a short distance from Tottenham Town Hall and Tottenham Green, creating a regeneration corridor along the River Lea which links to the Olympic Park.
